The Briggs Company was established in 1998 by its founder David Briggs in Lexington, Kentucky. David grew up in Lexington and is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.

The primary business of The Briggs Company is the design and construction of single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums, as well as land acquisition and development. The Briggs Company bases its activity on superior knowledge of local market needs and trends, along with an eye on national trends. The Briggs Company has designed and built entry-level and move-up homes in many of the premier subdivisions in Lexington including McConnell’s Trace, Pinnacle, Pinecrest, The Home Place, Masterson Station, and Brookfield Chase. We have also built in several subdivisions in Georgetown including Homestead, Colony, and The Stables.
