The excitement builds as your closing date approaches! Soon you will move into the home of your dreams! To make this process as smooth as possible, here are a few things to keep in mind and to remember to bring with you to your closing appointment.

It's a good idea to bring these items with you:

• All current contact/phone numbers
• Your driver's license (closing attorney requirement)
• Your calendar for the next 30 days as we will be scheduling your 30 day follow-up meeting
• Certifed Check from your bank for any money needed at closing
• A personal check in case there is any difference between your money to bring to closing

At your closing, you will receive:

• A Certificate of Occupancy
• Termite pretreatment information on initiating your pest control system
• Contractor Emergency contact phone numbers
• Referral Program Information
• 60 Day Service Order
