Refer a Friend Program

Builder will pay a $500 referral award to anyone who refers a buyer who follows through with a purchase of a Briggs home.

*In order for the referral to be paid, the buyer must notify the site agent that a person referred them to Briggs before any lot reservation or contracts are signed. The buyer must be able to provide the agent with contact information for the person who referred them and the $500 will be paid out after closing on the buyer's new home.
