Callback Policy

  • Warranty repairs that may arise with your new home during the first year of ownership must be submitted to the builder in writing:

  • Please submit Callbacks to Briggs Homes during the first year of ownership no later than one year from the closing date.
  • We encourage all of our home owners to contact our suppliers and subcontractors directly to schedule service appointments. Subcontractor contact information is provided in your closing packet and on our website.http://www.briggshomes.com/ contractorphonelist.htm
  • Drywall defects, such as settling cracks and nail-pops, will be repaired ONE TIME only during the one-year builder's warranty. The builder recommends submitting drywall problems close to your one-year of ownership. The homeowner will be responsible for paint touch-ups due to drywall or any other repairs performed by the builder and associated contractors. Briggs Homes will provide a paint touch-up kit at the final walk-through.
  • Callbacks must be scheduled from 9:00 am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. This will ensure all warranty work will be completed during our normal business hours.
  • Plumbing, electrical, or other emergency situations will be handled immediately by the builder during normal business hours, 9am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday.
  • Please include your address and telephone number along with your warranty request.
  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for response to your callback request.
