The excitement builds as your closing date approaches! Soon you will move into the home of your dreams! To make this process as smooth as possible, here are a few things to keep in mind and to remember to bring with you to your closing appointment.
It's a good idea to bring these items with you:
- All current contact/phone numbers
- Your driver's license (closing attorney requirement)
- Certified Check from your bank for any money needed at closing
- A personal check in case there is any difference between your money to bring to closing
At your closing, you will receive:
- A Certificate of Occupancy
- Termite pretreatment information on initiating your pest control system
- Contractor Emergency contact phone numbers
- Referral Program Information
